vipluck.info is an independent information site about the Vipluck brand, written for adult readers in Poland. We are not the operator. We do not run a casino, do not take deposits and have no access to player accounts. We describe the platform from the outside — including the parts its marketing pages leave out.
Who is behind the site
The English section is written by Helena Voss, and the editorial rules she works to are set out on the author page. The site is funded by affiliate commission: if a reader follows a link from here to the operator and opens an account, the publisher is paid by the partner. The licensing question, answered plainly
The Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 reserves online casino games for a state monopoly, exercised by Totalizator Sportowy under the Total Casino brand. A private company cannot obtain a Polish licence for online casino games, because the statute makes no provision for one. Vipluck is a foreign operator: it relies on a gambling licence issued in another jurisdiction, and the number and regulator belong in the operator's own footer. We publish no licence number here, because we do not repeat registry data we have not verified in the regulator's register ourselves. Checking a licence in a public register takes a few minutes and is the only reliable method a player has — whether the claim involves MGA, Curacao or any other authority.
Fair play: RNG, RTP and volatility
The outcome of a casino game is set by a random number generator supplied with the game by its studio and certified by independent testing laboratories. RTP, the payout percentage, is the theoretical share of stakes returned to players across an extremely long run of rounds — not a forecast for a session. Volatility describes how unevenly that return is distributed: a high-volatility game can stay quiet for a long time and then pay rarely but larger. Max win is capped in advance by the studio and stated in the game description. All of these parameters are set by the game supplier rather than the casino, and that is itself worth knowing.
