Trustly at Vipluck — the mechanism and its real reach
Trustly belongs to the family of bank-initiated payments: instead of a transfer typed out by hand, the service connects to the player's bank and instructs the payment on their behalf. On a market where cards get declined, that sounds ideal — which is exactly why the boundary deserves stating plainly. Other routes are on the payments page.
How a bank-initiated payment works
After selecting the method, the cashier hands the player to the service interface, where they pick their bank and sign in within that bank's own environment. The service initiates the transfer and the operator receives an immediate payment confirmation, before the money physically settles. The balance therefore moves at once even though interbank settlement takes its usual course. In reverse, the same mechanism can pay winnings back to the same account.
The boundary worth knowing
Bank-initiated payments work where the service holds agreements with specific banks, and that list differs by country and is updated quietly. In practice, the presence of a logo in the cashier does not yet settle whether your Polish bank appears once you reach the service interface. Check it in the cashier before planning a deposit rather than inferring it from branding.
The general mechanism applies on top: payment service providers must refuse payments to an entity listed in the domain register kept by the Minister of Finance. A method built on a direct bank connection is by nature the most visible to that mechanism, because the whole transaction happens inside the banking system.

What to use instead
Three realistic substitutes exist for a player in Poland. BLIK, where the operator offers it through a processor and where a separate payout method is already nominated. A wallet, which works both ways and inserts a buffer between bank and casino. And crypto, entirely outside the banking system but carrying its own technical risks. A conventional bank transfer remains available, though it is the route most likely to be stopped.
Rules shared by every method
Whichever corridor you pick, two rules hold: funds return by the route they arrived on, and the account holder must be the player. Identity verification precedes the first payout, so the earlier it is closed, the less the specific method matters. The full process is described on the withdrawal page.
